b. Property agent
c. Someone who has a property in mind but doesn't have budget to buy it alone - This user can find other people through this listing to pool together and buy this property.

Once the listing is up and running, interested people will start connecting with you. Or you can also find people and send request to them. Have a look at the chat functionality in photos to see how smooth the process is.
